Raechel Pefanis is a Professional Coach and Registered Social Worker based out of Kitchener - Waterloo, Ontario. Michael Hagley, MASc., MBA, ACC, P.Eng. Michael’s mission as a coach, facilitator and trainer is to build better leaders and stronger teams. His core belief is that doing this builds a platform for people to contribute their full potential in service of themselves, their team, and their company/organization. Michael’s own experience starts as a Chemical Engineer in 3 different countries. It moves on to technology and being a part of the team rolling out the first cable networks to connect to the internet in Canada. He then operates in the internet and technology space for years before becoming a coach and serving his passion of developing others to lead well.
