Be Resource Rich - when we allow the demands in our life to exceed our resources, we become resource
depleted or resource poor. It may be the time to say “NO!”, allowing us time to replenish our resources.
When we find ourselves depleted, we have three choices: grin and bear it; say no; or, expand our
resources. In this session we will explore a simple practice to support us in applying the basic equation
that will help us feel more comfortable, or perhaps justified, saying NO. Additionally, we will discuss
boundaries “givers” benefit from learning. If we want to meet the moment and the moment matters,
having the resources to perform is essential. Shifting from exclusively applying a “yes, and” approach
and building a “No, not yet/now” response, we will develop a more productive performance mindset
with boundaries that nourish our resources.
